It started in Winchester, KY in 1996 at 602 West Lexington Avenue at a tiny Dairy Queen. This is where the owner, Steve Caudill, purchased his very first Dairy Queen. Later, he went on to build his second store just a few miles away on what was then know as Fulton Road. This store proudly became Steve’s first new-build DQ. It was not long until our company started growing with new stores being bought and built throughout Kentucky. Here is a timeline of our stores and when we acquired them:

As you can see, our company has really grown since that first store in 1996. This brings us to the most important aspect of any successful business–YOU!
